localiza&co: what we actually ship with LLMs

I joined Juliana Aarão Rocha, Samuel Oliveira and Thamires Souto on the Localiza&Co videocast, for an episode called Revolução Digital: Como a AI está transformando nosso mundo. It is in Portuguese, and the title is grander than the conversation, which I mean as a compliment.

Most of it was concrete: how we use advanced analytics and LLMs inside Localiza, across a wide spread of situations and products. Four people who work on this from different angles, comparing notes on what the technology actually does in a real company — not in a keynote.

No grand thesis came out of it. I think that's the correct outcome. The interesting part of this work is almost always the specific problem, not the pattern you can draw over the top of it.

The useful part of these conversations is hearing colleagues describe the same tools from a different seat.
